THE MARINE WORKS (ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT ASSESSMENT) (SCOTLAND) REGULATIONS 2017

Notice is hereby given that Staffin Community Trust of Church of Scotland Annexe, Staffin, Isle of Skye, IV51 9JX have been granted by the Scottish Ministers a marine licence with conditions attached under section 20 of the Marine (Scotland) Act 2010 construct a slipway and harbour development at Staffin, Isle of Skye, co-ordinates below (WGS84):
